Hi, I’m Dr. Shannon Sitzmann, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a board-certified Doctor of Nursing Practice, Family Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience caring for patients across their lifespan. For the past seven years as an advanced practice provider, I’ve focused on hormone optimization, helping men and women restore energy, improve health, and feel like themselves again. This work is my true passion.
Every patient has a unique story, and I take time to understand not only your symptoms, but also your lifestyle, goals, and how you want to feel. Together, we create a personalized plan designed to support your health and help you thrive.
Outside of medicine, my greatest joy is my family. My husband, Jay, and I are blessed with five adult children and six grandchildren. We’re excited to welcome another grandbaby this fall, adding one more stocking to our fireplace. I treasure the moments when everyone is together filled with laughter, comfort, and love. Those experiences inspired the vision for Luminous Vitality Center.
