Frequently asked questions

Do you accept insurance?

Luminous Vitality Center is a cash-pay practice. Most of the services we provide, including wellness optimization, hormone therapy, and medical weight management, are not typically covered by insurance regardless of your insurance plan. Our cash-pay model allows us to focus on personalized, comprehensive care without the limitations often imposed by insurance companies.

Yes. Currently, all consultations and follow-up visits are conducted through our secure telehealth platform. Once our physical clinic is complete, you will have the option to choose between telehealth and in-person appointments, depending on your treatment plan. Please note that certain procedures and treatments require an in-person visit.

Yes. Due to state licensing requirements, we are currently able to provide both telehealth and in-person medical care only to residents of Missouri.

Most patients will have a comprehensive laboratory evaluation once each year. You are welcome to use your insurance for laboratory testing, and we can send your lab orders to the laboratory of your choice.

Depending on your treatment plan, additional follow-up labs may be recommended to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments. We only recommend the lab work needed to provide safe, evidence-based care and optimize your results.

Absolutely not. Every patient is unique, and your care should be too. Your treatment plan will be based on your medical history, laboratory results, goals, and how you respond to therapy over time. We believe the best outcomes come from personalized care not a one-size-fits-all approach.

You deserve healthcare that is personal, compassionate, and designed around you. Let’s take the first step together toward feeling your best.
